This solution focuses on applying cap amounts to service request levels based upon the contractual maintenance agreement with the customer. The cap amount dictates the maximum amount of charges that can be billed to the customer. The automatic transition a service request and task statuses based upon pre-defined business rules and setting the service request owner based upon its status.


An easy accessible dashboard provides a set of reports to meet the daily reporting needs of different teams. This dashboard allows users to select the report to run, its parameters and whether the output was required in MS Excel or PDF Format.
